Self-Paced Training for Issue Agent is Now Available
Motor Vehicle Agent Services Basic Title and Registration Course Online is a prerecorded interactive course approved by the Department of Transportation. It meets the training requirement for new and experienced agents and their employees handling motor vehicle paperwork in Pennsylvania. The course covers standard titling and registration forms and procedures.
